Dave is Senior Corporate Counsel for Oracle. He is a member of Oracle's litigation group and has primary responsibility for the company's eDiscovery initiatives as well as its records management program. Prior to joining Oracle, Dave was an associate in Cooley Godward's litigation department, where he concentrated on the resolution of commercial and intellectual property including copyright infringement claims, licensing disputes, bankruptcy matters and government investigations.
