Kelly is a litigation partner with Ogilvy Renault LLP, where she represents clients in complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters before all levels of Ontario trial and appellate courts, regulatory and administrative tribunals, the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. She has considerable expertise in administrative law and statutory interpretation, with an emphasis on the energy sector. Kelly is an active member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management and Working Group 7, "Sedona Canada."
