Eric Friedberg

Eric is Partner and General Counsel of Stroz Friedberg, a national technical services and consulting firm specializing in digital forensics, cybercrime response, electronic discovery and corporate investigations. He supervises the computer forensics laboratories at the firm and has managed numerous forensic assignments for major law firms and corporations in criminal, civil, regulatory and internal corporate matters, including cases involving wiping and mass deletion of data, and computer-enabled theft of trade secrets, harassment and hacking. Eric is a member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1). Prior to joining Stroz Friedberg, he was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he served as the Computer and Telecommunications Coordinator (lead computer crimes prosecutor), Chief of Narcotics, and Senior Litigation Counsel.
