Tim's practice is focused on antitrust and competition matters in the firm's London and Brussels offices. He advises international companies in the food, pharmaceuticals and tobacco industries - including Philip Morris International, Kraft Foods and Astellas Pharma - on international antitrust issues. He represents clients in antitrust agencies in Europe and advises them in relation to conduct and transactions in countries that have adopted competition laws based on the EU model. Tim has also assisted in the development of competition laws in various countries. He was previously Dean of Law at Newcastle University in the UK, and is the author of a number of books and articles on UK and EU competition law and policy.
