Robert is Co-Chair of Heller Ehrman's Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. His trial experience includes proceedings in federal and state courts, including service as a Special Assistant District Attorney. Robert is a former law clerk to the Hon. J. Skelly Wright of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. He has frequently been recognized as a leading IP lawyer in various publications, including the 2004-2006 editions of Chambers & Partners America's Leading Business Lawyers. Robert served as President of the Northern California Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers in 2002.
