Parker is a trial lawyer and a partner with Susman Godfrey, LLP in the firm's Seattle office, which he founded in 1995 after practicing in the firm's Houston office for more than 10 years. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters. He has had extensive experience in antitrust litigation and has served on the leadership of numerous committees and task forces of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law. He also has an active patent infringement practice, in which he primarily represents plaintiffs under result-oriented fee arrangements. Parker served as a law clerk for Judge Joseph T. Sneed, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and for then-Associate Justice William H. Rehnquist, U.S. Supreme Court.
