Vera is a senior member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in the Silicon Valley office. She focuses her practice on intellectual property trial and counseling. Vera has been recognized by Chambers USA 2005 and 2006 as a leading lawyer in intellectual property in California, having tried intellectual property cases in district courts across the United States, before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and in state courts. In addition to her law degree, Vera holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
