Daralyn is a partner at Keker & Van Nest LLP concentrating in intellectual property and patent infringement litigation. Daralyn has
been chosen by The American Lawyer as one of the 50 top lawyers under age 45 in the United States, identified by Chambers & Partners as one of the best intellectual property lawyers in California, and selected
by the Daily Journal as one of the top 75 women litigators in California. Daralyn has tried cases in both the state and federal
courts in a wide range of areas including patent, trade secret, and unfair competition. Daralyn also represents various law firms in
professional liability matters. Prior to joining Keker & Van Nest, Daralyn clerked for the Hon. Douglas Ginsberg on the United States
Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. She received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University in 1988, majoring in human biology and comparative literature, and received a Master's degree in comparative literature from University of California at Berkeley in 1989.
