Mr. Dunner is a past President of the AIPLA and past Chair of the ABA Intellectual Property Law Section. He has served on the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Board of Governors from 1999-2002, as Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the CAFC from 1982-1992, and on the PTO Advisory Commission on Patent Law Reform in 1991-1992. Mr. Dunner is a co-author of Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit: Practice and Procedure and a past co-author of Patent Law Perspectives. A registered patent attorney, he has represented clients in licensing and litigation throughout the U.S., the Pacific Rim and Europe. He is an adjunct instructor of technology law and strategy in the graduates schools of the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas.
