Rick's antitrust practice spans litigation under the Sherman and Clayton Acts, mergers and acquisitions including Hart Scott Rodino compliance, and counseling on joint ventures, pricing and distribution issues for clients in a variety of industries, notably health care and agricultural and food products. He is currently chair of the Antitrust Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and has taught as an adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Minnesota Law School. In addition to antitrust law, Rick's practice includes general commercial litigation, federal Indian law, and an extensive pro bono practice representing non-profit environmental organizations.
