With over 20 years of experience in representing the Federal Trade
Commission in merger and acquisition investigations and litigation, Bob focuses his
practice in the area of antitrust and trade regulation law with emphasis on private
and government antitrust investigations and litigation, including merger and
acquisition matters and Hart-Scott-Rodino pre-merger counseling. He provides
strategic advice, guidance and counseling to companies and organizations
contemplating transactions that may face FTC, DOJ and/or state antitrust scrutiny.
Previously Bob served as the Deputy Assistant Director in the FTC's Bureau of
Competition.
