John is a partner at Berman DeValerio and chairs its antitrust new case development team. John served as an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Florida in the Department of Economic Crimes where he helped prosecute violations of Florida's RICO statute, antitrust statute, and Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. John has also litigated and tried cases involving violations of Florida's Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Collection Practices Acts, the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act and Truth in Lending Act. John has written and presented frequently on the new e-discovery amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure amendments and is a member of Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1)
