Geraldine is the U.K. Information Commissioner. Previously she served as the solicitor for the U.K. Information Commission, advising on a broad range of activity including data protection as well as the freedom of information and environmental information access regimes. As one of the specialist data protection lawyers, Geraldine was involved with the development of policy and published guidance in this area as well as advising on BCR and other matters.
