Jim is a founding partner of Daley & Fey LLP, combining 25 years of complex litigation experience with a strong technical background to help clients reduce the legal risk and cost of e-discovery and corporate records compliance. He is a prolific speaker and author on electronic discovery and corporate records retention issues, a co-editor of The Sedona Guidelines for Managing Information and Records in the Electronic Age and a contributing author to The Sedona Principles Addressing Electronic Document Production. Additionally, Jim co-chairs The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure (WG6), and is a co-Editor-in-Chief of The Sedona Framework for Analysis of Cross-Border Discovery Conflicts, Public Comment Version (2008). Prior to founding Daley & Fey LLP, Jim was a co-founder of Redgrave Daley Ragan & Wagner LLP (2005-2008), and a shareholder at Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP, where he chaired the firm's Technology Law & E-Discovery Group (1995-2005).
