Conor is Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at DOAR Litigation Consulting in New York, is a member of the Steering Committee for The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and Senior Editor of a number Sedona Conference publications, including The Sedona Principles,/i> (Second Edition) and The Sedona Conference Commentary on Legal Holds. He is a nationally published author, regularly writing on the topic of electronic discovery. Conor regularly speaks at continuing legal education seminars to instruct attorneys on how to most effectively conduct electronic discovery in complex litigation. Prior to joining DOAR, he was a securities litigation attorney, most recently with Labaton Sucharow LLP in New York. In addition to litigating federal securities class actions, Conor acted as the firm's electronic discovery counsel in a wide variety of cases including antitrust, derivative and consumer fraud matters.
