Ms. Cole is a Manhattan-based social psychologist who specializes in assisting litigators with trial preparation. Since 1979, she has utilized pre-trial focus groups, community attitude surveys, and trial simulations to develop strategies for both jury and bench trials. She is on the Board of the American Society of Trial Consultants and a member of numerous other professional associations. Ms. Cole is a frequent lecturer on jury profiling and other topics and has worked on numerous complex litigation matters, including patent litigation. She also served as a consultant to CBS News in connection with the O.J. Simpson case.
