Andrew is Associate General Counsel for EMC Corporation, a Fortune 500 information storage and management solutions company. His responsibilities include managing teams within the legal department that handle mergers and acquisitions, litigation, investigations, employment, and corporate compliance including employee training and records and information management. In this capacity, Andrew bridges the gap between legal, compliance and IT functions, improving business processes and providing infrastructure solutions for the proactive policy management of information. He is a member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and has written numerous articles on e-discovery, records retention, email archiving, content management, employment law and corporate compliance. Andrew is also a member the records retention subcommittee of the American Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the New England Labor Counsel.
