Mike was a litigation partner at Jones Day for ten years before starting his own litigation boutique in 1994. He has handled cases in over 30 states, been lead counsel in MDL proceedings, has extensive experience in handling class action cases and is currently lead defense counsel in one certified class in Pennsylvania, and putative classes in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas, Tennessee, as well as Ohio. He currently is handling class action and individual cases in areas such as marketing/advertising, commercial disputes, toxic torts, products liability, and consumer fraud.
