Lista is the Managing Partner of the London office of Fulbright & Jaworski, and is admitted to practice both in England and New York She advises clients on transnational regulatory investigation and enforcement proceedings, commercial litigation, sovereign immunity issues, risk assessment and transnational commercial disputes. Lista was seconded to the Securities Investment Board (Financial Services Authority) as acting Head of Enforcement in the transition to the new UK regime. She also has experience in energy disputes and contracts, including London Court of International Arbitration and ICC arbitrations, energy related contract disputes, and transnational litigation arising out of oil and gas joint venture disputes. In 2006 the Financial Times of London recognized her among their "High Fliers and Legal Eagles" for significant contributions to international financial regulatory investigations. Lista is a member of the Law Society, the Reform Club and the ICC UK Environment Committee, and is a Trustee of the British American Educational Foundation.
