Richard is the founder of his firm, a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Campbell represents numerous national and international corporations in complex cases, including multi-district litigation and class actions, in toxic tort, products liability, aviation and commercial disputes. A leader of state, national, and international bar associations, he is the Dean of the International Association of Defense Counsel's Corporate Counsel College and the Director-Elect of the National Trial Academy, sponsored by the Torts & Insurance Practice ("TIPS") Section of the ABA. Richard is also Chair of the Board of Overseers for Boston College Law School.
