Aurélia Cadain is a partner at Bouckaert, Ormen, Passemard & Sportes (known in France as "BOPS"), a commercial litigation firm, where she specializes in international commercial litigation, insurance and arbitration, mainly in product liability and product safety matters, as well as in aviation law. After earning an LLM in Canterbury, England, and studying international commercial law at the French business school HEC, Aurélia was admitted to the Paris bar in 2002. She was a member of the Litigation and Insurance Group at Norton Rose in Paris from 2002 to 2004, joined BOPS in 2004 and was named a partner in the firm in January 2009.
