Elizabeth, a founding partner of Lieff Cabraser, is an attorney with 26 years of experience representing plaintiffs in product liability, toxic contamination, mass tort, consumer fraud, civil rights violations, and employment discrimination litigation, in federal and state courts across the country. Her litigation, trial and settlement experience includes work for plaintiffs and leadership roles in Exxon Valdez, Breast Implants, Telectronics, Cordis, Felbatol, Polybutylene Pipe, Fen-Phen, and work for smokers, Attorneys General and the Cities and Counties of California in the Tobacco Litigation. She has served as court-appointed lead or co-lead counsel in over 80 federal multidistrict and state coordinated proceedings.
