Mr. Burke’s practice emphasizes complex civil and criminal litigation and trials, including securities, professional malpractice, racketeering, antitrust, business tort, theft of trade secrets, corporate, e-commerce and environmental litigation, and white collar criminal defense. He also advises clients on antitrust and corporate compliance issues, and conducts corporate investigations. He has been very involved in the application of computer technology to the practice of law, particularly in complex litigation. Mr. Burke is formerly Co-Chair of the ABA Litigation Section’s Committee on Corporate Counsel, Co-Chair of its Committee on CLE Programs, Co-Chair of the Section’s State Justice Initiatives Committee, and a member of the ABA Standing Committee on CLE.
