Mary is founding partner of Boies
& McInnis, a law firm specializing in general corporate, securities and antitrust litigation. Her clients have included CBS, Inc., Continental Airlines, Northwest
Airlines, SystemOne (now WorldSpan), and a telecommunications company
founded by IBM. She has also participated in cases (including class actions)involving the computer, insurance, and pharmaceutical industries. Mary has served as General Counsel of the U.S. Civil Aeronautics Board, Assistant Director of the
White House Domestic Policy Staff, and Counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. She currently is a member of the Dean's
Council of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and she is a member of the Board of Business Executives for National Security, a private
sector group that works on national security projects with U.S. government
agencies.
