Katie is a principal in the Minneapolis office of Gray Plant Mooty and a Co-Chair of the Business and General Litigation Group. She has spent her entire career practicing litigation in a wide variety of subject matters including financial services, health and human services, real estate, construction, covenants not to compete, breach of contract, uniform commercial code, professional licensing, responding to state and federal government investigations, internal and compliance investigations and white collar defense. Katie represents clients in state and federal courts around the country, before state and federal agencies, before state licensing boards, in arbitrations and in all types of alternative dispute resolution processes.
