Pascal is Vice President and Head of Antitrust and Trade in the Paris headquarters of EADS, in charge of all antitrust questions, litigation, and arbitration for the group, including mergers, horizontal and vertical agreements, state aid, and public procurement issues on a worldwide basis. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998 after graduating from the ESSEC (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) and the Paris Sorbonne University. From 1998 to 2005, Pascal worked with Coudert Brothers in Bruxelles and with Freshfields Bruckaus Deringe in Paris in all fields of antitrust law, with focus on energy, banking and industry sectors. He currently teaches antitrust law at ESSEC.
