Along with CRA’s Transfer Pricing practice, he has conducted projects concerning the design and implementation of worldwide transfer pricing policies, advance pricing agreements, and competent authority matters in the pharmaceuticals and devices industries. Dr. Bell has led numerous business consulting projects involving product launches, at-risk portfolio management, and the value of growth.
