Alicia focuses her practice on antitrust issues, appearing regularly before federal and state antitrust enforcement agencies, and counseling clients on all issues relating to unfair trade practices. She has extensive experience in representing manufacturing companies in the automotive, aeronautics, pharmaceutical, financial and energy industries. Alicia was former attorney-adviser to FTC Commissioner Mozelle W. Thompson from 1998-2000. Her experience also includes work with corporate mergers and acquisitions, and was recently appointed to the editorial board of the Antitrust Law Journal.
