Jim has been a partner at Liddle & Robinson, L.L.P. since 1998. Although employment disputes make up the majority of matters upon which he works, Jim's experience also encompasses a broad array of commercial disputes. He is a leader in the field of electronic discovery and was counsel of record for the plaintiff on all of the widely-followed Zubulake v. UBS Warburg decisions. In addition to numerous state and federal courts, Jim has appeared in arbitrations at the NYSE, the NASD, the American Arbitration Association and the Chicago Board of Trade. He has also argued appeals before the New York Appellate Division and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
