It said he "is personally one of the most successful corporate defense litigators ever, with a long history of big wins." Fred has tried cases in 24 states, the Virgin Islands and Scotland, and he represented President George W. Bush in the election contest filed by former Vice President Al Gore in Leon County, Florida, contesting the results of the 2000 Presidential election in Florida.
