Mr. Banner concentrates on litigation of patent, trademark and copyright cases. He has been lead trial counsel in all three types, but his particular interest is in jury trials of patent cases where he has been successful on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants (at different times, of course). Mark is past Editor of the ABA Section of Patent, Trademark and Copyright Law and a past Contributing Editor of the Quarterly Journal of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
