Quentin is head of Lovells' Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice area. He specializes in e-commerce, privacy and data protection, technology contracts and outsourcing, technology disputes, and advising clients on the IT aspects of the sale of businesses in the banking, insurance and power generation fields. He has been involved on many contractual disputes in the IT field as well as cases involving copyright infringement, breach of confidence, anti-trust claims and passing off. Before becoming a partner at Lovells, Quentin served at Acorn Computer Group Plc as a legal adviser on all aspects of the business, but concentrating on distribution, technical litigation and intellectual property.
