Bob practices in the areas of intellectual property and technology, health care, patent and trade secret litigation, antitrust and securities litigation, and general business litigation and counseling. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 1987, and has served as Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Court of Appeals. Bob currently is a member of the International Council of the Arizona Heart Institute Foundation, and is a Trustee of the Cordell Hull Foundation.
