Linda regularly represents clients in patent matters before U.S. district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has also represented numerous clients in litigation-like interference disputes before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Linda’s cases have covered a wide variety of technologies including ANDA litigation regarding pharmaceuticals, microfluidics devices and chemical patent matters.
