Mr. Adamo has had extensive trial/litigation experience in matters involving intellectual property rights before the state and federal courts, as well as ex parte and inter partes experience in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and with non-U.S. patent and trademark authorities. He has written and lectured on a broad spectrum of topics in the area of intellectual property law and on a wide variety of trial and litigation issues, skills and training.
