Woods is Senior Manager of Legal Operations for Raytheon Company and is responsible for all the technologies that are utilized by the Raytheon Office of the General Counsel (OGC), including the department's own array of SQL and web servers, Blackberry network, and the numerous web sites under the OGC control. Woods also oversees all of the Company's discovery and legal hold operations. He is a member of the Raytheon's Records Management oversight committee and is trained as a Six Sigma Expert, serving as both the Six Sigma and Knowledge Management Champion for the OGC. Woods is a member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
