This full day Continuing Legal Education program is designed to introduce attorneys to the basic concepts and practical implications of the new Federal Rules of Civil Procedure concerning the discovery of "electronically stored information," which will go into effect on December 1. The keynote speaker will be Hon. Lee Rosenthal, chair of the U.S. Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Civil Rules. Additional faculty will be drawn from The Sedona Conference® Working Group 1, widely recognized by the courts and the bar as the most knowledgeable and well-balanced assembly of attorneys and experts on electronic discovery and electronic records management, and the group responsible for The Sedona Principles, the sourcebook most cited in state and federal case law on electronic discovery.
