The Tenth Annual Sedona ConferenceŽ on Patent Litigation features a stellar faculty including Chief Judge Paul R. Michel and Judge Randall R. Rader from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Chief Judge Michael Fleming from the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (invited), Judge Faith S. Hochberg from the District of New Jersey, in-house counsel from the technology, pharma and medical products industries, and nationally renowned practitioners from both sides of the v. This year's Conference will focus on a number of extremely timely and important topics, including:
