The Ninth Annual Sedona ConferenceŽ on Patent Litigation features a
blue-ribbon faculty panel including Federal Circuit, Board of Patent
Appeals and Interferences, and Federal District Court judges, leading
practitioners, and experts. This year's Conference will focus on a
number of extremely timely and important topics, including:

(1) Supreme Court Patent Cases in the 2007 and 2008 Terms
(2) The Role of the USPTO in Inter Parties Matters
(3) Proposed USPTO Rule Changes: The Suit in Opposition and Predictions
(4) Possible Patent Legislation
(5) Inequitable Conduct
(6) The Parallel Universes of the US ITC and the District Courts
(7) Obviousness and
(8) Willfulness

To ensure an intimate environment for meaningful dialogue, registration is limited to 40 persons, and is by invitation only.
