The Tenth Annual Sedona Conference® on Antitrust Law & Litigation will be held in the beautiful red hills of Firenze to tackle extremely timely & important issues surrounding the Globalisation of Antitrust Enforcement, including

(1) The Future of Private Enforcement in the EU
(2) Criminal Antitrust Enforcement in the EU
(3) Impact for Antitrust of the 2008 Presidential Election
(4) The Antitrust/IP Interface

Due to this years topics and what they portend for the future, Antitrust X will be held at La Villa Pietra in Florence, Italy.

Given the location and special nature of this program, attendance is by invitation only. If you would like to apply for an invitation, please complete the downloadable registration form on this page and fax it to 602-258-2499, and write "Application" on the top. The Registration fee for this special Conference is $1700 (US). Unused rooms in our hotel room block will be released on 14 July.
