Antitrust Law & Litigation IX
The Ninth Annual Sedona Conference on Antitrust Law & Litigation will focus on how the Supreme Court's decisions have shaped and will continue to shape the antitrust laws and their enforcement, with particular attention on Section 2, including price and non-price predation in their various manifestations, and the uses and misuses of intellectual property. A distinguished faculty of leading jurists, practitioners, government enforcers, in-house counsel and experts will lead the dialogue to generate new insights on the implications of the current direction of the antitrust laws.
