Our Sixth Annual Conference on Patent Litigation is Thursday-Friday, October 27-28, 2005, and will be focusing on, inter alia, claim construction post-Phillips, Markman hearings, treble damages post-Knorr-Bremse, arbitration and mediation, creation of a special patent trial court, management of patent litigation costs and "trolling for dollars."
