The Second Annual Sedona Conference on Patent Litigation will focus on emerging issues of importance in patent litigation. Faculty members are currently identifying the top three emerging issues that they feel are most important in patent litigation. The conference co-chairs will assemble an agenda based on their collective lists. As always, the conference will rely on a panel format, opening with brief presentations by the panelists followed by dialogue amongst the panel members and the rest of the participants, resulting in a think-tank like atmosphere.
