The Internet: Privacy, Property & Regulation
The pervasive impact of the Internet has brought us into a digital world, requiring a new framework for analysis. This conference brings together leading players in the rapidly developing areas of law resulting from the expansion of the Internet and its influence on our lives. Join us for a studied analysis of some of the more urgent issues surrounding the protection of intellectual property, privacy, and other rights in the so-called "Digital Millenium." We will go beneath the surface and attempt to identify and articulate the under-lying principles of law that will govern this new world.
