Complex Litigation
The Federal Judicial Center is revising the Manual for Complex Litigation, and the Complex Litigation Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers is preparing a manual for mass tort litigation. This conference, with representatives from both groups participating, will examine in detail recommendations for change to improve how we handle complex and mass tort litigation. The current and past chairs of the ACTL Complex Litigation Committee, the current chair of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section, and other, nationally renowned litigators will join an esteemed group of jurists for this two-day study. This is your chance to have a voice in shaping the procedures which will govern complex litigation for years to come!
Please note: The resort will be releasing our discounted block of rooms 30 days before the conference (March 19) and rooms may not be available after that time.
