The 2017 Annual Meeting of Working Group 11 will be held at the Loews Don CeSar Hotel in St. Pete Beach, Florida, on Monday-Tuesday, January 16-17, 2017. A welcome reception will be held on the evening of Sunday, January 15, from 5:30-8:00 p.m.

Brainstorming groups and drafting teams will be seeking feedback from WG11 members on a number of brainstorming outlines and draft commentaries. These include:

  • Privilege in the data security litigation context
  • Communicating with executives
  • Law firm data security
  • Data security and privacy issues in civil litigation
  • Privacy by design

We have obtained very favorable room rates for WG11 members of $234 per night plus tax. This favorable room rate is available for extended stays, for three nights preceding and three nights following the meeting, subject to standard guest room availability.
